• JUDr. Ondřej Málek

  Attorney-at-law

  He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in 2010. After passing the bar exam, he started his own law practice as an independent attorney. He now leads the law firm Málek & Partners s.r.o., Attorneys-at-law.

  In his practice, he focuses mainly on municipal law, administrative law, and public procurement. He provides comprehensive legal services to municipalities, cities, regions, and their public organizations. Besides working with public bodies, he also deals with commercial and criminal law.

  
  

• Mgr. Eva Hlaváčová

  Attorney-at-law

  She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in 2014. During her studies, she worked at the law firm of Mgr. Václav Láska in Prague, where she continued as a trainee lawyer after graduation. After passing the bar exams, she cooperated with the law firm TEMPUS, s.r.o. In 2023, she returned from Prague to the Vysočina region and has since been working with the law firm of JUDr. Ondřej Málek as a cooperating attorney.

  In her practice, Mgr. Eva Hlaváčová focuses on general legal services. She provides comprehensive legal advice to entrepreneurs and deals with real estate transfers, civil law, commercial law, and criminal law.

• Mgr. Eliška Mašková

  Attorney-at-law

  She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in 2020. During her studies in Prague, she worked in several law firms and at the Enforcement Office for Prague 6, where she gained experience especially in enforcement and insolvency law. After graduation, she joined the law firm of JUDr. Ondřej Málek as a trainee lawyer, where she continues to work as a cooperating attorney after passing the bar exams.

  She practices general law, prepares complete contractual documentation, and represents clients in civil and criminal proceedings, including providing legal assistance to victims of crime. Her focus includes debt collection, insolvency, administrative, and inheritance proceedings.

• Mgr. Dominika Špalková

  Trainee Lawyer

  She graduated in 2024 from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc. During her studies, she gained practical experience at the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Olomouc and at the law firm MORAK.

  Since October 2024, she has been working at the law firm of JUDr. Ondřej Málek as a trainee lawyer, gaining experience from her colleagues.
